After applying to join the waitlist, our team carefully evaluates all applications and will notify the top candidates of acceptance within 1 month prior to launching. Don’t worry if you do not make the first round, we are planning quick expansion and as the demand grows, we will need more Helpers!
When a home buyer is looking to tour or purchase a property in your area of service, you will receive a notification via your Moea Helper App, text message, email and/or phone call.
There is no charge to become a Moea Helper. All costs associated are made on a referral basis, so we only get paid if you get paid. For all for all listing sale referrals, Moea Helpers get to keep 100% of your commission!
You must be a Licensed Real Estate agent to be a Moea Helper. At launch, only Georgia Licensed Real Estate Agent’s will be accepted, however, any agent can apply! The faster you apply, the more likely you are to be accepted off the waitlist.
Of course! Moea is not a real estate brokerage. Instead, we have partnered up with a company that handles all relocations, referrals and other real estate business. This way, we can focus on building the simplicity for all users, licensed real estate agents and other affiliated partnered groups.

Moea, Inc. offers unique rewards to homebuyers using our specialized network of services. When purchasing a home through the Moea app, users are eligible to receive 0.5% of the sales price back at closing. To obtain the full 1% credit, buyers must engage with Moea’s partnered mortgage company and closing title company. Additionally, any Moea Credits earned from promotions or early access rewards shall be received upon the app’s official launch. These credits are designated solely for purchasing a home using Moea and it’s affiliated service providers and may not be used, transferred, or exchanged outside of this context.
