Meet Moea's Founders
Moea began with founder and creator Ali Mahdavi. After five years as a top real‑estate agent, he questioned an industry that made the simple feel complex: Why can’t buyers purchase on their own? Why are commissions so high? And why didn’t Moea already exist? Determined to change that, Ali started building, and soon welcomed co‑founder COO Joel VanderVeur, whose partnership propelled Moea to new heights. Without a technical background, Ali taught himself design and coding and built Moea from the ground up. We created Moea not just for today, but for all of the tomorrows that follow.
