Moea End User License Agreement

1. Scope and Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Moea app, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

This EULA applies only to the software application and software updates Moea provides for use on supported devices. Separate products, memberships, promotions, or transaction services may have additional terms that also apply.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Moea grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Moea app on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, lawful use and only as permitted by the usage rules of the Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other authorized distribution channel through which you obtained the app.

The Moea app is licensed, not sold, to you. Moea and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in this EULA.

3. Accounts and Service Access

Some app features require a Moea account, identity verification, compatible hardware, network access, or acceptance of additional product terms. Your use of the Moea platform, including any account, membership, or transaction features made available through the app, remains subject to Moea's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms presented to you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all use of your account, and for keeping your device and software reasonably secure.

4. Restrictions

You may not, except as expressly permitted by applicable law:

1. copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, sublicense, or assign the app;
2. modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the app;
3. circumvent security, authentication, rate limits, or access controls within the app or Moea services;
4. use the app in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or Moea's policies; or
5. use the app to transmit malware, spam, deceptive content, or unauthorized automated activity.

5. Third-Party Platforms and Services

The app may interoperate with third-party platforms, operating systems, payment providers, analytics providers, device manufacturers, mapping services, listing data sources, or other third-party services. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their separate terms, privacy notices, and technical limitations.

App stores and platform providers are not responsible for the Moea app except as required by their own platform rules. Moea, not Apple or Google, is responsible for the app and any claims relating to it to the extent required by applicable law and platform terms.

6. Updates and Availability

Moea may provide patches, updates, upgrades, bug fixes, feature changes, or replacements for the app at any time. Some updates may be required for continued functionality, security, or compatibility.

Moea may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content, integration, or portion of the app at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Availability may vary by device, operating system, marketplace, location, and product status.

7. Ownership and Feedback

The app, including its software, design, interfaces, text, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and other content made available by Moea, is owned by Moea or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, comments, or other feedback about the app, Moea may use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you, subject to applicable law and Moea's Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA or other applicable Moea terms.

Moea may suspend or terminate access to the app or related services, or disable certain features, at any time if Moea reasonably believes it is necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, account integrity, or operational reasons.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Moea disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.

Moea does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of property information, transaction data, third-party content, or device compatibility made available through the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moea and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and distribution partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, business interruption, or device damage arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app.

Any liability that cannot be disclaimed is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and is subject to any limitations or exclusions set out in Moea's Terms of Use.
