Moea Agent Texting
Licensed real estate agents on Moea can text their clients from a dedicated Moea business number (a Moea Number). These are one‑to‑one, conversational messages about the client’s own home search, showings, offers, documents and appointments. Moea, Inc. operates the numbers and sends the opt-in confirmation; the agent you are working with writes their messages to you.
Opt in to texts from your agent
Let your agent text you from their Moea Number about your home search. Opting in is optional: you can work with your agent and use Moea without it.
How you opt in
Opt in with the form above. Moea sends a confirmation text from your agent’s Moea Number; your agent can text you once it has been sent. If we could not send it right away, submit the form again later. Moea sends you at most one confirmation text a day from the same Moea Number (one more each time you reply STOP and opt in again).
Your agent can also text you, without the form, when you texted their Moea Number first, when you sent them a request through Moea (a tour request, a question about a listing, a property request or an offer) on a form that says the agents handling it may text you, when you are their client on Moea, or when you gave them permission to text you and they confirmed that to Moea. Your STOP always wins over every one of these.

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

When your agent texts you first, that first text names your agent and Moea and tells you how to opt out; your agent’s replies to your texts do not. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@moea.com.

Program: Moea Agent Texting, operated by Moea, Inc. (“Moea”). No marketing and nothing on behalf of third parties. Consent: by submitting the opt-in form on this page, you consent to receive these messages from Moea, Inc. on your agent’s behalf; your agent can text you once Moea has sent your confirmation text. An agent may also text you when you texted their Moea Number first, when you sent them a request through Moea on a form that says the agents handling it may text you, when you are their client on Moea, or when you gave them permission to text you and they confirmed that to Moea (Terms of Use, section 23.1). Once you reply STOP, none of these lets that agent text you from that number until you text START to it. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. When you text with an agent through a Moea Number, that agent sees your mobile number and your conversation with them, and our SMS delivery provider receives your number so it can deliver the messages. We never sell your mobile number, and we do not share your mobile phone number or your messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. When you opt in with the form, we keep a record of your consent, including the time and your IP address, and we keep a record of every other consent an agent texts you on.
