Requesting Your Personal Data
To submit a request for a downloadable copy of your personal data collected by Moea:
1. Open the Moea mobile app and tap the Account icon (person icon).
2. Navigate to Settings → Security and Privacy → Manage Your Data.
3. Select Request Personal Data, then confirm by tapping Request Personal Data again.

After your request is successfully submitted, Moea will prepare your personal-data download. You will receive an email notification when your request is complete and your data is available for download. Preparing your personal-data download may take several weeks. Once completed, the requested data will be available within the Moea app for a period of 30 days.
What’s Included in Your Data Download
Your downloadable personal data will typically include, but is not limited to, the following categories of information:
Information You Provide Directly
- Personal Information — may include your name, physical address, email address, date of birth, phone number, citizenship status, and marital status.
- Moea Profile Information — may include your employment details, marital and family status, information provided in identity-verification processes, and details provided during the mortgage-prequalification or application process with Moea’s partnered affiliates.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and Usage Data — includes device identifiers (e.g., IP addresses, mobile-device IDs), interactions with Moea’s marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional initiatives within the app.
- Platform Interaction Data — includes user-generated interactions with the Moea app, such as searches, viewed properties, saved watchlists, Moea Learn interactions, Moea Talks engagements, and other related interactions.
Information Obtained from Other Sources
- Generated or Derived Data — information inferred or derived by Moea from your provided details, interactions, or publicly available sources. For example, demographic inferences used for personalized content and marketing purposes.
What’s Not Included in Your Data Download
Not all data collected or maintained by Moea will be included in the downloadable personal-data report. Moea complies strictly with laws and regulations that define the scope of personal data permitted to be disclosed in response to consumer requests.

- Proprietary analytical insights generated by Moea’s internal models or algorithms.
