Definition and role
A Moea Partnered Agent is an independently licensed real-estate professional whom Moea may refer or connect a buyer or household account with in connection with certain Moea platform workflows.
Partnered Agents may be affiliated with separate brokerages and are not employees of Moea, Inc.
When available and accepted, a Partnered Agent may assist with touring, brokerage representation, transaction coordination, and other home-purchase support made available through Moea.
What Partnered Agents may help with
At a high level, Moea's current partnered-agent workflows may include:
- Matching and referral requests
- Touring coordination and showing-related support
- In-app communication and buyer service requests
- Property sharing and search collaboration
- Document delivery, electronic-signature, and representation-related workflows
- Purchase and transaction support where the relevant Moea workflow permits agent participation
Not every feature is available in every market, transaction type, property, account state, or transaction stage.
Availability and workflow limits
Partnered Agent availability depends on market coverage, geography, agent capacity, current operational availability, and the specific Moea workflow being used.
Moea does not guarantee that:
- a Partnered Agent will be available;
- a referral or match request will be accepted;
- a Partnered Agent will remain available for a requested timeline;
- any tour, response, communication, or transaction milestone will occur by a particular time; or
- any purchase or transaction will close.
Certain Moea workflows require Moea-partnered participation and may not support outside or non-partnered agents. Where a workflow is structured for Moea-partnered participation, external agents may be unsupported, restricted, or unable to use the relevant Moea in-app features.
Agreement and representation disclosures
Depending on the workflow, Moea may require referral, brokerage, representation, or related transaction documents before certain services proceed.
Where applicable, those documents may include an Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement ("EBBA") or other brokerage or representation documentation. The specific documents, parties, scope, and timing may vary by jurisdiction, brokerage relationship, property status, and transaction stage.

Compensation and credit effects
In some Moea purchase workflows, a buyer-facing credit or incentive that would otherwise be available through Moea may be reduced, redirected, or used to compensate a Partnered Agent when that agent is added or participates.
Any such effect depends on the applicable Moea workflow, the transaction structure, and the governing written disclosures or signed documents in effect at that time. Users should review the specific purchase, credit, or representation terms that apply to their transaction.
Responsibility and legal boundaries
Partnered Agents are independently licensed professionals and may act through separate brokerages or brokerage relationships.
Moea does not guarantee and is not responsible for a Partnered Agent's independent services, acts, omissions, judgment, advice, timing, availability, brokerage performance, or transaction outcome.
Moea may facilitate referrals, communications, workflows, documents, and certain platform functionality, but Moea does not convert an independent Partnered Agent into a Moea employee, and Moea does not create a brokerage relationship simply by publishing this page or offering platform access.
