Restriction on Use of Credits
Credits cannot be redeemed in any way other than contributing toward eligible closing costs in connection with an approved property purchase through Moea or an eligible Moea platform, subject to the then-current rules.
Credits are not redeemable for cash, are not withdrawable, are not transferable for general use, are not exchangeable outside the approved transaction context, and cannot be used for any purpose other than approved application to eligible closing costs in the manner designated by Moea.
Transaction Limits
Not all closing costs are eligible for credit application, and not all transactions or platforms may qualify.
Moea may decline to apply a credit if application would be inconsistent with the then-current program rules, the transaction structure, platform requirements, operational constraints, or applicable law.
All home buying assistance incentives are discretionary and subject to Moea approval. They are available only as rebate and/or down payment assistance in connection with an approved property purchase made through Moea platforms for a property valued at $250,000 or more, after all program qualifications are met and documentation is verified. Except for Veteran assistance, other Home buying assistance programs may not be stacked unless Moea expressly approves otherwise in writing.
