- Partnered Agent Program – work directly with a local licensed real-estate agent affiliated with Moea.
- Moea Homelab – independently create and submit your purchase offer directly through the Moea app.
How Purchasing Works on Moea
Option A – Moea Partnered Real-Estate Agent
Seamlessly connect with one of Moea’s local licensed agents (Partnered Agent Program). They provide professional representation, negotiation support, and personalised assistance from property search through closing.
Option B – Purchasing via Moea Homelab
Moea’s proprietary Homelab feature allows you to independently create your own purchase offer.

Upon successful novation, you assume all responsibilities and obligations originally held by Moea Homes, LLC under the purchase agreement.
Managing Your Offer with Moea’s Offer Center
After submitting your offer, you gain immediate access to the Moea Offer Center – a robust suite of tools and resources assisting you from offer acceptance through closing.
Important Information & Tips for Property Purchase
Seller Acceptance
- Acceptance of your offer is at the complete discretion of the sellers. Moea is not responsible for offers declined by sellers.
Verification of Funds
- Proof of funds, mortgage prequalification, or a pre-approval letter may be required to strengthen your offer.
Moea Credits & Incentives
- Using Moea’s affiliated partner services may earn you up to 1 % of the purchase price back at closing.
- Moea may modify or discontinue incentives at its sole discretion; previously awarded credits remain valid.
Utilising a Partnered Real-Estate Agent
- You may add a Moea-partnered agent anytime after entering a binding agreement.
- If an agent is added, your 0.5 % purchase-price credit is allocated toward compensating the agent.
- External (non-partnered) agents are not supported.
Prior Brokerage Relationships
- Confirm you have no active exclusive brokerage agreement with an external agent before purchasing on Moea.
Fraudulent Communications
- Moea will never request sensitive personal details such as your Social Security number.
- Report suspicious messages to support@moea.com immediately.
E-Signature Compliance
- All documents use Moea’s secure in-app e-signature service, compliant with the ESIGN Act and state regulations.
- You may download, manually sign, and re-upload documents if preferred.
Due-Diligence & Risk Management
- Moea is not liable for financial losses from market fluctuations, forfeited earnest money, or missed contingency deadlines.
- Perform independent due-diligence and regularly check Offer Center updates.
Notifications & Communication
- Keep Moea email, push, and SMS notifications active; Moea cannot guarantee delivery if they are disabled.
Time-Sensitive Documents
- Time is of the essence. Moea may terminate its agreement with sellers if critical documents are not signed promptly.
Seller Disclosures
- Moea is not liable for inaccurate or falsified seller disclosures; resolve disputes directly with the seller.
Service-Provider Selection
- Sellers may choose alternative service providers; update choices in Homelab if changes occur.
Daft AI Offer Assistant
- Daft AI helps navigate Homelab and Offer Center, clarifying property info and purchase terms.
- Daft AI is not a licensed professional; verify information independently and seek professional advice.
Liability & Legal Disclosures
- Moea, Inc. is not a licensed real-estate brokerage and provides no direct representation to buyers.
- Moea receives a standard 1.5 % service fee of the final purchase price, paid by sellers at closing.
- Moea and its subsidiaries are not responsible for losses incurred from purchasing property via the platform.
- Understand market trends, review all agreement terms, and maintain communication with Offer Center staff.
