Moea Unlocked Membership Terms

1. Overview of Unlocked

Unlocked is an optional Moea-managed membership tied to your Moea account for real-world home-purchase services, transaction-linked savings, and related workflow support. Moea remains available without Unlocked, and Unlocked is not required to use the general home-buying experience from search to close.

Unlocked is currently offered as one paid monthly recurring membership. There is no free trial or annual plan described in these terms unless Moea later states otherwise in a written product update.

2. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

If you start Unlocked, Moea bills the payment method on file each month unless you turn renewal off in Moea before the next renewal date. The billed amount is the Moea-managed price then in effect at the time of billing.

If you turn renewal off, renewal stops for future periods but does not immediately remove access. Unlocked remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, after which Unlocked benefits end unless renewal is turned back on before that date or a new membership period begins later.

3. What Unlocked Includes

Unlocked may provide one or more of the following while active, subject to Moea's then-current product configuration:

Capped daily Muse AI workflow support for active buyer activity. Eligibility review for home-buying assistance plan features. Educational mortgage-planning guidance, affiliated-business relationship disclosures, and informational references to third-party lender offerings or related services. Monthly Moea credits that apply only toward qualifying closing-related amounts under current program rules. Qualifying Moea savings benefits connected to eligible home purchases, including base 0.5% savings where Moea states that such benefit is available. Additional partner or transaction-specific boosts only if Moea separately offers and approves them. Support for keeping more active offers in motion through Moea workflows.

Unlocked does not guarantee that every feature, plan, market, partner, property, or transaction will qualify for every advertised benefit.

4. Benefit Conditions and Limits

Closing-related savings, credits, assistance, lender references, AI workflow support, and other transaction benefits associated with Unlocked are conditional. They are not guaranteed, are not automatically earned by paying for membership alone, and may depend on account standing, server-side authentication, identity verification, property eligibility, transaction status, market availability, partner participation, legal compliance, and Moea rules then in effect.

Unless Moea expressly states otherwise for a specific benefit, any closing-related savings, credits, or assistance made available through Unlocked have no cash value outside an approved qualifying transaction and are not redeemable as a standalone cash payment. AI workflow support and lender-reference items are workflow-support services tied to Moea activity, not a standalone digital media or content library offering.

Mortgage-related guidance is educational and disclosure-oriented only. Moea is not a mortgage company, lender, or broker and does not provide direct or indirect mortgage services. Any lender pricing, basis-point, rate, reduction, discount, or similar mortgage term referenced in Moea is informational only, is determined solely by the lender, is not set or guaranteed by Moea, is not exclusive to Moea, may also be available outside Moea, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and remains subject to lender approval, underwriting, market availability, loan terms, borrower eligibility, and other applicable requirements. Where Moea maintains an affiliated-business relationship with a provider, that relationship is disclosed separately in Moea's Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure.

5. Home-Purchase and Closing Conditions

If a home-purchase benefit is tied to active Unlocked status for a transaction, your membership may need to remain active through closing unless Moea expressly states otherwise in writing for that transaction. If Unlocked becomes inactive before closing, Moea may reduce, deny, or revoke related savings, home-buying assistance, or other transaction benefits to the extent permitted by applicable law and Moea's then-current program rules.

Unlocked does not guarantee that you will tour a property, go under contract, close on a property, receive lender availability, receive financing approval, or receive a particular purchase outcome. Real-world services and transaction outcomes remain subject to third-party availability, legal requirements, underwriting, property conditions, and other factors outside Moea's control.

6. Refund Review Process

Moea reviews refund requests only for qualifying service outages or server-side failures that prevented proper authentication of otherwise eligible home-buying assistance, transaction-linked savings evaluation, or other membership-linked services. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Refund review is not available merely because you did not purchase a home, your transaction changed, or you no longer wish to use the membership. To request review, contact support@moea.com. Moea's target response time is 7 to 10 business days.

7. Payment Handling

Unlocked billing is handled directly by Moea using the Moea payment method on file for the account. Moea stores only the limited payment-method details needed for billing and support, not the full card number.

8. Privacy and Relationship to General Terms

Your use of Unlocked is also subject to Moea's Privacy Policy and, except where these Unlocked terms more specifically control, Moea's general Terms of Use.

These Unlocked terms are product-specific terms for Unlocked. If a direct conflict exists between these Unlocked terms and a more general Moea membership term, these Unlocked terms control for Unlocked.

9. Reservation of Rights and Updates

Moea may modify, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue Unlocked service workflows, qualifying benefit structures, support caps, lender references, relationship disclosures, markets, partner-related benefits, or related operational rules at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Moea may also update these Moea Unlocked Membership Terms from time to time. Continued use of Unlocked after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
